Pavel is an experienced commercialization expert within the Life Sciences Industry. As principal of Small Bio, he focuses on driving strategy, business development and market access for client companies. Pavel’s portfolio currently comprises four companies addressing the R&D and supply chain for advanced therapies workflows.
​Prior to SMALL Bio Pavel was the CEO of Particle Works, a Pharma instrumentation company focused on R&D workflows aimed at generating mRNA-based vaccines.
Following Particle Works, Pavel has taken C-level roles in several Swiss-based biotech companies and a director role at Deloitte where he was responsible for building a new Swiss R&D business unit.
